The industrial complex on Calle Francisco Baldomà, the former San Vicente road, is striking due to the unitary and homogenous nature of its construction, as well as how little it has changed over the years. Despite the existence of documentary evidence of small industrial buildings on this plot since 1927, the origins of this imposing industrial warehouse remain unknown.
